| Björn Ferry of Sweden was one of the surprise Olympic Biathlon Champions in Whistler Olympic Park. While he seems to be a very serious athlete, Ferry showed a glimpse of his funny side right after his victory in the 12.5K Pursuit with a jump on the podium that was selected “best cheer by an Olympic Champion” by one Canadian television network. In this excerpt from an interview that will be published in the next Biathlonworld magazine (available in late May) he talks about his victory as well as the consequences of his medal.
