Hi again

15.01.2010
Tina, Andy and Andrea
First, I want to wish all my readers a happy new year 2010. We are already a few days into the year and a lot has happened. During the World Cup in Oberhof I showed how quickly you can go from a great competition in the Relay to a total disaster in the Sprint with six misses and then go back up to the highest spot on the podium. You see: anything can happen! From now on, everyone will believe me when I say that.
In the meantime we are in Ruhpolding, and I kept the momentum from winning the Mass Start last Sunday with my best Sprint result of this season. With only one miss I ended up in sixth place. Considering that I ran out of steam on the last lap I am very happy. Today, I was not at the shooting range and on the tracks for a change but went to do some classical cross country skiing with Tina Bachmann and our Physiotherapist Andy. Only a few kilometers behind the Biathlon stadium are a few lakes with great tracks around them. We did some laps and also enjoyed the sunshine.
Today we have the Relay and I will start. This means I will have been in four Relays this season in four different positions. Now I hope that I will also participate in the fifth Relay of the season, the Olympic Relay, and the position will not matter to me!
Best regards,
Andrea
